We would love our yearbook cover to reflect SRE’s school spirit and our theme this year “Let Your Light Shine”. If you have an idea for a cover, please complete this form upon completion of your art.

You MUST Submit Art on:

• 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Digital art to use the same dimensions.

• Vertical orientation (portrait)

• Digital art will be accepted but must be original. See additional requirements below.

• Leave 1 inch of space around the edges, (no text) just color. This will avoid print issues when the art is applied to the cover.

• Complete this form and upload a picture of your art, or the digital art file below.

• A copy of your response will be emailed to you. Please print and tape this to the back of the hardcopy artwork and submit to the school office.

All Entries MUST Include:

• The school name (Stevenson Ranch Elementary School)

• The school year (2023-2024)

Tips for a Good Entry:

• Mix up your medium. Use crayons, watercolors, markers, pastels, etc. Make your art POP!

• Use lots of color, including the background. Don’t leave uncolored white space.

• Be creative, be original, and have fun! 

• No parent/guardian art!

**For digital art, please note additional requirements. File Types:  JPG, GIF and PNG.  But PNGs is preferred for graphics. Use RGB. Do not use a color profile (it may not apply to the final print.) File resolution should be 300 dpi, max file size 19.07MB. 

If you do not follow the requirements listed above your art will not be considered for the cover.

Art work is due by January 8, 2024
